Vitamin E

Vitamin E helps maintain healthy skin and aid the healing process. It is a powerful antioxidant and may help prevent against heart disease and cancer. It maintains cell membrane stability and acts synergistically with selenium. It is found in green leafy vegetables (cabbage, spinach, asparagus, and broccoli), whole gains (rice, wheat, and oats), wheat germs, vegetables oils and peanuts.

Biotin is needed for normal growth and the maintenance of hair, skin, nerves and bone marrow. It aids the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and unsaturated fatty acids. It is found in wheat germ, liver, fish, nuts, whole grains, yeast and eggs.

Pantothenic Acid is found in the human muscle and aids in the immune system (antibody production), carbohydrates and fat metabolism, tissue growth, healthy nervous system, skin, hair and the gastro intestinal tract function. It is found in raw peanuts, sunflower seeds, brewers yeast, liver (beef, chicken), kidney (beef), heart (chicken and beef) and buckwheat flour.
