The Every Creature Commission
(Rees Howells, Intercession and Warfare)

This is what the Sovereign Lord says,

“In the days of Isaiah and Hezekiah, I gave a sign of My promise to them that the shadow cast by the sun would retreat the ten steps it had gone down on the stairway of Ahaz [2 Kings 20:8-11 and Isaiah 38:7-8]. Nothing has changed; My promises are as current coin from one generation to any other. The Pharisees and experts in the law in their generation rejected My purpose for their lives by refusing to be baptised by John the Baptist. In the parable of the persistent widow, Jesus taught that I will bring about justice for My chosen ones who cry out to Me day and night. I also inquired whether I would find faith on the earth. [A rhetorical question].

“So now we come to these end-time generations and the faith and unity required to bring about My purposes on earth as in Heaven. This is not the time to be thinking about having a good time, but there are good times to be had. This is not the time to be thinking about the cost, but there is a price to be paid, and this is definitely not the time to be self-centred, but centred on My Son. For I am sorely troubled by the fact that many in the Church today, still have little or no understanding of the true nature and purpose of its calling or My purpose for it. My intent is that now, through the Church, My manifold wisdom should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the Heavenly realms, according to My eternal purpose which was accomplished in Christ Jesus [see Ephesians 3:10-11]. Not a legacy of inward fighting and petty squabbles where the uncrucified flesh is more important than the Every Creature Commission.

“So, I bring to your attention a few who have gone before, who laid down their lives for the gospel, and cried out to Me day and night for justice, and to prepare the way for others to follow. So, it is in these last days I called for a man to stand in the gap on behalf of others and chose one from beneath the Black Mountains of Wales (in the UK), and in the fullness of time he [Rees Howells] was sown as a seed in the cleft of a rock overlooking Swansea Bay. Then I called forth other seeds who were chosen for their faith and they were grafted in, and they were transformed by the Holy Spirit, as each in turn surrendered their will for Mine; for a season of combined faith for spiritual warfare on the earth, and in the Heavenly realms on a scale not witnessed before, as each did their part, led by My Spirit. They too were given a sign as a promise that the Every Creature Commission would be fulfilled and the finances required released.

“Knowing that I found faith on the earth for the gospel to reach all of mankind, the devil spurred on by his hatred of Me and My creation unleashed the powers of darkness and did everything he could to influence the outcome, bringing about catastrophic consequences throughout the earth. But at every turn it was met with a wall of faith that restrained them [principalities and powers] until finally bound, driven back, and victory was assured in keeping with the Word of God and My promises. Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone; but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit. Having died to self, they were raised up in Christ, to live to see the fruit of their warfare and the ongoing fruit of their intercessions continue to this day and will continue to bear fruit as I pour out My Spirit on all people.

“The seeds of the first fruits are sown, the authentic cleft in the rock has been relocated and the bridge that led to it has been torn down [places associated with Rees Howells]. But the true and genuine legacy is still being released throughout the earth as promised with a new generation of disciples who have surrendered all to the Holy Spirit and will be raised up in Christ to complete Jesus’ last command, in the power of the Spirit.”
